We've aimed to evoke these activities in this seasonal brew that is packed with tropical flavors, minty top notes, and grounded with cooling chrysanthemum. Of course, our nourishing "base brew" provides the heft that keeps our systems humming at top speed.
Pineapple quenches thirst, promotes digestion, clears heat, dampness, and water accumulations.
Coconut water softens the acidity while bringing out the sweetness of the pineapple. Coconut water is also cooling, rehydrating (especially useful in hot summer months), and quenches thirst.
Mint is cool, aromatic and pungent. Its aim is to clear heat, open passageways, and move stagnation and stress.
Chrysanthemum has a cool nature, is sweet, pungent, and slightly bitter, which clears heat and calms. It is used in Chinese medicine to brighten the eyes, calm tension, and can be used to clear excess yang in the liver.
