Ingredients:
- 4 large portobello mushrooms, stems removed
- 1/2 cup Citrus Fire Brew
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Citrus Fire Brew, olive oil, minced garlic, fresh thyme leaves, salt, and pepper.
- Place the portobello mushrooms on the prepared baking sheet, gill side up. Brush the Citrus Fire Brew mixture over the mushrooms, coating them evenly.
- Roast the mushrooms in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until tender and juicy.
