Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 sweet potatoes, diced
- 4 cups collard greens, chopped
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- ½ cup Elderberry Fire Brew
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large pot, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Add sweet potatoes, collard greens, smoked paprika, broth, and Elderberry Fire Brew.
